Eligibility for Refunds
- 1 & 3 month plans: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- 6 & 12 month plans: Refund requests accepted within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are considered when the service has not performed as described and the issue could not be resolved through our support team.
How to Request a Refund
If you experience any issues or believe you're eligible for a refund, message us directly via WhatsApp with details of your situation, including your order date and the connection/plan you purchased. Our goal is to review and respond to every request promptly and fairly.

- Keep payment descriptions general. To avoid processing delays with payment providers, please describe your concern without referencing "IPTV" directly in payment communications.
